We are fully committed to observing all planning ordinances and have a full legal team available to secure necessary permissions or permits.

Method statements

No two installation projects are the same.  For every job, we prepare a detailed method statement, and observe the highest standards in all construction-related activities.

Quality assurance and control

Our policy is for early intervention, particularly in projects involving technology.  Standard practice is to factory test all digital and mechanical scrolling units to ensure our exacting quality standards before dispatch to site.
Our right first time approach means that we will start earning you revenue from your assets quickly.

Preventative maintenance

Our inventory management software is designed to calendarise preventative maintenance activities.  We weave these into our normal operational activities to minimise disruption.  This has two clear advantages:

• The inventory is always in optimal revenue-earning condition;
• Preventative maintenance leads to a significant reduction in failures and disruption.
• All our traditional scrolling units now have remote fault-reporting systems, leading to faster interventions, less downtime and less risk to revenue.

Reactive maintenance

By its nature, our equipment is installed in public areas at stations, malls and in streets.  Damaged units can pose a public heath risk.  We have rapid-response teams to deal with necessary, short-notice, emergency interventions.  Reporting systems are set-up to log events and work crews are held on stand-by for such eventualities.
