Operations and Campaign Fulfilment

Revenue assurance

  • This is about making sure that advertising customers get the campaign they bought and that they pay for what they get.  It is about campaign fulfilment, the very last stage in the value chain, and the responsibility of our Operations function.
  • To achieve optimum efficiency, we employ a combination of in-house and sub-contracted operatives depending on market specifics and circumstances.
  • All of our markets deploy proprietary systems to manage inventory and individual campaigns, from initial customer contact through to negotiation and booking stages and, finally, management of poster stocks and site posting.  Site presentation and posting quality are monitored continuously with ongoing intervention to maintain high standards.

Training and certification

  • While there are many commercial imperatives for our Operations function, the overriding concern is for Health & Safety.
  • All of our operations take place in the public domain – at the roadside, at rail or bus systems, in retail venues and arenas.  As a result, we have no margin for error; the job must be done safely every time.
  • All of our operatives are trained especially and specifically in Health & Safety.  In public transport situations, operatives who work on or near the transport infrastructure are trained and certified to the same standards as the transport company’s own operatives and usually by the transport company itself.
  • We leave nothing to chance in our commitment to safety.

Copy approval process

  • In addition to managing the logistical side of campaigns, we closely monitor subject matter to ensure that nothing contentious or likely to offend is posted.
  • We scrutinise every design.  A copy approval tram approves all content and images.  No advertisements leave our Delivery Centres without approval.
  • If subject matter contravenes our guidelines, the client is notified and the posters quarantined until they can be collected / destroyed.  Where the content is deemed marginal, we seek external professional advice and liaise with our asset partners too.
