We were delighted to be re-awarded the NITHC advertising contract in 2006. The Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company estate includes all railway stations, bus stations, freeholds and rail bridges in Northern Ireland and comprises approximately ninety 48 sheets, forty 6 sheets and 10 bridge spectaculars
Translink is our principal franchise partner. Translink is the brand name of the integrated public transport operation of Metro, NI Railways, and Ulsterbus.
Metro is responsible for the bus service in Belfast city. It operates 12 key corridors and in 2005 carried 20 million passenger journeys.
Ulsterbus looks after all the bus services in Northern Ireland with the exception of Belfast city. With 20 depots across the province it has a fleet of roughly 1,100 buses and in 2005 carried 46 million passenger journeys.
CBS Outdoor has a point-of-sale (Shopperlite) franchise partnership with Tesco in Northern Ireland. Tesco is a multinational food retailer and has 33 outlets accross the province.
NI Railways operates the railway infrastructure throughout NI. In 2005 it carried 6.9 million passenger journeys on its 342km of track.
CBS Outdoor and Dunnes Stores have a point-of-sale advertising franchise partnership. Dunnes Stores has 23 stores in Northern Ireland.
We also have partnerships with a substantial number of major independent shopping centres throughout Northern Ireland such as Forestside, Rushmere, Yorkgate and Foyleside.
